Ended up paying $11 and change - I think the most I’ve ever paid for a bubble tea in Nyc..I ordered a large rose milk (oat) bubble tea, should have been $7.75 plus tax.. I did leave a tip but was obviously over-charged. The store was clean despite the street being disgusting. The drink was sickly sweet, and I did not like that. The cup was super thick, too much plastic. Additionally, the boba straws are not adequately strong enough to break through the sealed top, and my drink came pouring out all over me when I tried to pop it in :(

Cashier was pleasant and explained about the sugar content of my Taro smoothie. The server was kind.

It’s okay. I don’t care for the taste of the matcha.. it has a peculiar artificial taste and it’s not blended well. The chicken could have been fried harder. I do not like juicy/wet chicken.

Stopping by here has been part of my weekend routine! It is the perfect size for me and a good price. I noticed that the milk tea is dispensed hot from a coffee dispenser, which is a good sign that it's made fresh everyday. Seriously brings so much joy to my day!

They have an excellent menu excellent options and I think the pricing is very good. One of the things. I notices the cleanliness and they don’t seem to clean up each night so there is a concern for cleanliness. I asked them if they needed a referral for a cleaner they said no, so I did inform them of my observations, the floor and the mouse droppings behind the large pink mirror I think once they deal with those things they’ll be fine
